Changi Airport in Singapore has been awarded the ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax for seven years running.
It has four terminals with an annual handling capacity of 82 million passengers. Terminal 1 opened in 1981, followed by Terminal 2 in 1990, Terminal 3 in 2008 and Terminal 4 in 2017.
Both travellers and airport visitors have much to see and do at Changi. With a wide array of facilities for relaxation, diverse Entertainment arenas, seven thematic gardens, complimentary internet access and even a Free Singapore Tour, Family-friendly amenities are also available for those travelling with children and infants.
Jewel opened to the general public on 17 April 2019 and features a canopy park, experience studios, restaurants and retail. It’s unique architecture and water vortex makes you feel like you’re in a man made amazon rainforest.
There are also plenty of stunning and very Instagrammable locations around the airport which will make the wait for your next flight much more interesting.
