Shaynna Blaze slams Lord Sugar's 'slapped a**e' jibe: 'Cheap laughs'
Shaynna Blaze has spoken out after Lord Alan Sugar said she had a ‘face like a slapped arse’ on radio.
Lord Sugar made the comments on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa last week, after Wippa said “I smiled a lot more than Shaynna did” while talking about the Celebrity Apprentice boardroom.
The reality show boss replied saying: “She’s got a face like a slapped arse, doesn’t she.”
Appearing on the Fitzy and Wippa show to address the comments, Shaynna said that while Lord Sugar and Channel Nine have apologised, she’s keen to have the conversation about commenting on people’s appearance “just for cheap laughs”.

“I think you can give the excuse of ‘that’s a British term’ if you’re coming to another country you need to read the term in another country,” Shaynna said.
“We’ve gone past that. The world isn’t like that anymore. The other side of it is that by not calling them out publicly or straight away you’re enabling it and meaning they can feel they can get away with it. “
Shaynna said she’s heard from Channel Nine about the incident and “they were not happy”.
She went on to say that Lord Sugar apologised over email “in his own way” telling her that he was “a bit jetlagged” and explaining to her that the term is a saying in the UK.
Shaynna replied to the email asking him to donate to her chosen charity on the show, Voice of Change, an organisation that aims to “tell stories of family violence – through mediums including film, music, exhibitions, live theatre, fine arts and role play including film, music, exhibitions, live theatre, fine arts and role play."
The Block judge Shaynna Blaze was once again in the firing line in the Celebrity Apprentice boardroom last night.
However, it was designer Camilla Franks' turn to be fired, with Lord Sugar telling her: "This team was a total mess, and it boils down to the money. This is a case of no attention to detail. Camilla, I know you're a successful businesswoman, but you have a lack of attention to detail," he says.
"Camilla, you're fired."
