Major label's new curvy fashion range gets thumbs up from Casey Donovan

Casey Donovan might be known first and foremost for her incredible voice, but the singer also has a passion for fashion.

Fed up with plus-size clothes being an "afterthought", she was thrilled to discover curvy clothing brand Taking Shape, and is now the face of their new capsule collection.

"Fashion has always been something I've wanted to be part of. It's time to give us what everyone else is wearing," Casey says. Lucky for her, Taking Shape has done just that.

The 18-piece range combines street style with glamour and is designed to make on-trend styles accessible to everyone. Casey thinks people will have fun with the collection: "Know what you love and accentuate what you've got."

All the pieces are available in sizes 12 to 24 and Casey has picked out some faves:

Pin Tuck Trousers

Casey's absolute favourite piece in the collection, these luxe trousers have a wide-leg silhouette and come with added stretch. The pin-tuck detail at the front adds a touch of glam to any outfit.

Satin Quilted Bomber Jacket

Made from a shiny satin fabric, this warm, quilted jacket has a hot pink lining to give a flash of colour. Its elasticated hemline and cuffs give it a sport-luxe feel, making it ideal to wear over everything from jeans or joggers to a dress.

Sequin Pencil Skirt

Give some serious shimmer in this stretchy sequined number. It has a front split and elasticated waistband and is lined so it's smooth and silky against your skin.
