Carrie Underwood To Perform At Donald Trump’s Inauguration
Carrie Underwood will perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration next week.
A spokesperson for the Presidential Inaugural Committee confirmed that she would be performing at the January 20 event.

The country music star will perform a rendition of “America The Beautiful” at the swearing-in ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, according to a screenshot of the program posted by Matthew Foldi, editor in chief of Washington Reporter. Underwood was listed among the performers, joined by The Armed Forces Chorus and The United States Naval Academy Glee Club.
Underwood will be the latest in a long list of performers who have sang during the swearing-in ceremony. Garth Brooks sang “Amazing Grace” at Joe Biden’s inauguration, and Beyoncé sang the national anthem at Barack Obama’s 2012 inauguration. Aretha Franklin sang “My Country Tis of Thee” at Obama’s inauguration four years earlier.
