Bunnings truck the first of five Block Warehouse collectables

Bunnings has revealed the first of five highly-anticipated add-ons for its wildly popular Block Warehouse set that returned to stores by popular demand just before Christmas last year.

Fans can get their hands on the new Building Block Truck for $10 from Thursday, January 14 both online and in-store, but be warned, it’s only available in limited quantities and while stocks last.

The truck, which comes in classic Bunnings green, is the first cab off the rank, so to speak, with four more collectable items set to drop every month until May.

Details on the remaining pieces are being kept top secret until closer to their launch date, however, Bunnings has released some cryptic images to whet shoppers’ appetites.

Back for Christmas

Bunnings brought back its popular lego-style warehouse building block set just in time for Christmas last year.

The $30 set sold out in 2019 and judging by the reaction to the news on social media, it was just as popular second time round.

The 168-piece set comes complete with a plant-filled nursery, timber yard and everyone’s favourite sausage sizzle stand.

Excited shoppers thought it was the perfect Christmas gift for little and big kids, who love the popular hardware store and lego building.

“I need one,” one person commented on Facebook.

“My grandkids would love this,” another said.

While a third wrote: “I hope you have plenty of stock.”

The building blocks are compatible with Lego bricks.
