Yahoo Lifestyle Brianna Chickenfry Says Zach Bryan Was Cheating "the Whole Time" They Dated
Brianna Chickenfry is still reeling from her very public, very messy breakup with Zach Bryan...but that’s not stopping her from revealing details of their troubled relationship. In a new interview for Alix Earle’s Hot Mess podcast, Brianna opened up about catching Zach on Raya and dropped the bombshell claim that he had actually been cheating on her throughout their entire relationship.
“The ending was really weird,” she told Alix, pushing back against the narrative that Zach left her. After she discovered his Raya profile, the podcaster said she and Zach had a “crazy” and “horrible” night, but they decided to try to work through it. “We came to the conclusion that we’re going to stay together, we’re going to figure it out,” she said, adding that she “brushed over that because the cheating was the most normal part for me.”
As we all know, Zach must have changed his mind, and he ended up announcing their breakup on his Instagram Story the very next day—catching Brianna completely by surprise. Even worse? As she was dealing with the fallout of her relationship, Brianna started getting DMs from women claiming Zach had cheated on her multiple times. “I had all these girls DMing me,” she told Alix. “I didn’t know he was cheating on me the whole time.”
According to Brianna, in the DMs sending her “receipts” about Zach’s supposed cheating, some people told her, “You guy were still dating. I didn’t want to tell you.” Not super helpful after you’ve gone through a traumatic breakup, IMO. “I’m like, dude, fuck you!” Brianna recounted. “Because if I knew he was cheating on me, it would have been easier for me to leave.”
Oh, and her biggest piece of advice? “If someone is telling you they’re your fucking soulmate on day two of hanging out, run for the fucking hills.”
