Yahoo Lifestyle Brantley Gilbert Stunned After Receiving Wild Revenge Gift: ‘Best Thing I’ve Seen All Day’
It seems Brantley Gilbert's mischievous ways are catching up with him.
In a video shared to his Instagram on Monday, Feb. 3, the country star got a huge surprise when a very unconventional gift was delivered to him—apparently as "revenge" for a prank he pulled.
The clip showed Gilbert reacting with confusion when a trailer marked Harrell Whitetail Ranch pulled into his driveway one evening.
"Oh my God, what is it—is it an animal?" Gilbert asked. "What in the world are y'all up to?"
"Kind of brought you a little present," the driver of the trailer answered before shocking Gilbert by opening the door and revealing a zebra inside the trailer.
"What are we gonna do? What's up, dude?" the singer asked. "What do we do with you? Do we have a plan for this?"
"They're both for you...I was given strict orders, 'Do not leave this place with either one of them,'" the driver answered.
"There's two?" Gilbert asked, before realizing there was also a donkey in the trailer.
At that point, Gilbert called his friend and manager, Aaron Keiser.
"Hey Aaron, what the hell am I gonna do with a donkey and a zebra?" he demanded.
"I don't know, buddy, I gotta go, Have fun," Keiser answered with a laugh.
A separate post from Harrell Whitetail Ranch featuring a video of the zebra drop-off suggested that the surprise gift was retaliation for a practical joke involving peacocks played by Gilbert—but it wasn't clear exactly what happened.
Gilbert's followers got a huge kick out of watching the zebra prank unfold.
