Dr. Paul Nassif is expecting his fifth baby!

The star of Botched, 62, and his wife Brittany revealed that they are expecting their second baby together. In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a video of themselves with Nassif's three sons Gavin, 21, and twins Christian and Collin, 18, as they popped blue confetti powder in their backyard, announcing that they are expecting a boy.

"SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif! 💙," the couple excitedly announced in the caption on Sunday, July 14.

The couple is already parents to their daughter Paulina Anne Nassif, whom they welcomed in October 2022. "Yesterday morning at 7:42 a.m., we welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby girl Paulina Anne Nassif into the world," the couple told PEOPLE exclusively at the time, adding that she weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz.

The plastic surgeon is also a dad to his three sons, whom he shares with his former wife Adrienne Maloof, 62. The co-parents recently celebrated their twins as they became high school graduates.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum marked the milestone in an Instagram Reel filled with photos of the twin boys sitting next to each other wearing blue graduation gowns, close-ups of their diplomas and videos of the two throwing their caps in the air among their fellow graduates.

"So proud of my beautiful boys on their graduation day. Bittersweet as they move onto the next chapter of their lives. 🎓💖 #graduation #proudmom," wrote Maloof in the caption.

In a separate post, the mom of three shared an additional photo of her twin sons wearing their graduation regalia and a peak at their post-graduation festivities.

Maloof captioned the post: "We had a blast celebrating graduation this weekend! 🎓 Overwhelmed with pride for my boys and excited for their future adventures 💖 #Graduation2024 #FutureStartsNow."
