Well that was the general Twitter consensus when the 52-year-old Oscar winner took to the stage to present an awards at last night's Golden Globes.

Angelina's Jolie's famously handsome husband seems to have defied the ageing process and could almost have passed as the same age as his co-presenter, 35-year-old Ryan Gosling at the bash.

The Twittosphere exploded when Pitt took to the stage, with many pondering how he's managed to stay looking so youthful.

"What ever potion, lotion or magic witch doctor Brad Pitt is using to look so young, I WANT IT. #GoldenGlobes." one Twitter user said.

"Wait is Brad Pitt doing a Benjamin Button? Waiting for another closeup #GoldenGlobes," another shocked fan said.

Pitt and Gosling both appear in the film The Big Short together and looked dapper in their formal suits.

Gosling opted for a crisp, ivory dinner jacket, while Pitt kept it classic with a sleek black tuxedo.
