Barry Manilow Announces Major Career Update at 81
Barry Manilow has officially accepted an exciting new opportunity that will last for the rest of his career.
The legendary singer-songwriter named the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino his new home, announcing a lifetime residency at the location.

The resort's founder and executive chairman, David Siegel, handed the "unprecedented offer" to Manilow, who is currently a resident singer there, as stated in a press release shared with Parade.
Calling Manilow "a generational artist and a dear friend," Siegel said of the decision, "I am honored to offer Barry the opportunity to perform at Westgate for a lifetime."
Manilow accepted the offer, confirming that he will continue performing at the location's International Theater for the foreseeable future, with the singer calling his time at the theater so far an "incredible journey."
Talking about the lifetime residency, Manilow added, "David Siegel and the Westgate team have been like family to me, and I am deeply grateful to have the opportunity to call Westgate home for the rest of my career.”

Fans recently shared some love for Manilow as he reminisced about his song "Even Now," originally released in 1978, and asked, "Still feeling the magic, Even Now? ❤️🔥."
"That song still makes me cry even after decades of hearing it," one fan wrote, while another said that it "Gives me goosebumps every time ❤️."

Fans eager to see Manilow in concert before the end of the year can check out his holiday show, A Very Barry Christmas, at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, with performances Dec. 5-7 and Dec. 12-14, 2024.
