Bachelor stars Tim and Anna host daughter Elle's 1st birthday bash

Tim Robards, 39, and Anna Heinrich have celebrated their daughter Elle's first birthday in style over the weekend with lots of family and friends.

The Bachelor season one couple threw a bash for their firstborn bub on Sunday at the glam Empire Lounge in Sydney's Rose Bay which they decked out in colourful balloons and gorgeous table settings.

While her famous mum and dad mingled with guests — including Anna's parents Les and Jude — birthday girl Elle tooted around in her mini pink Range Rover toy car.

The $400 kids-size vehicle was a gift from her aunt, Charlotte Heinrich who is herself expecting her first child with her husband, Tom Freeman.

Anna, 34, took to Instagram to share a series of happy snaps from her little girl's milestone day, describing her first year of parenthood as a 'ride'.

"What an incredible day celebrating our little girl and getting through the first year of parenthood. What a ride. We loved it (most of the time)," she gushed in the caption.

Elle was treated to a marshmallow poodle cake made by her mum using a recipe from the iconic Australian Women's Weekly birthday cake collection which holds a special place in Anna's heart.

"One of my favourite memories from my childhood were all the incredible cakes my mum made me. Starting to make memories for my little girl," she wrote on Instagram the previous day.

Elle's parents' celebrity pals filled the comments section with well-wishes on her big day.

"Happy bday little one! Man time flies!!" wrote Erin Holland while fellow Bachie alumnus Locky Gilbert added, "Cute."

Anna marked her daughter's official birthday on Friday, posting several sweet snaps of the blonde-haired toddler — including one of her wrapped in a hospital blanket on the day she was born.

"And just like that, our little girl is ONE! HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY you sassy little thing!" the proud mum wrote in the caption.

After falling in love on the debut season of The Bachelor in 2013, Tim and Anna tied the knot in a beautiful wedding in southern Italy in 2018.

The pair announced they were expecting their first baby together back in May 2020, with Tim stepping back from his role on Neighbours to return to Anna in Sydney a few months later.
