‘The Bachelor’ Alum Colton Underwood Lists His L.A. Home for $4.2 Million
Colton Underwood and Jordan C. Brown plunked down nearly $3.2 million for a traditional Los Angeles residence in the San Fernando Valley community of Sherman Oaks back in late 2021. Now, a little over three years and a substantial renovation later, the former NFL hopeful-turned-reality TV personality—probably best known for starring in the 2019 season of The Bachelor and later publicly coming out as gay—and his political strategist husband are returning the property to the market, asking a significantly higher $4.2 million.
Built in the mid-1970s and extensively updated by the couple in collaboration with designer Chad Wood, the home was previously owned by Jessica Simpson’s now-divorced parents, Joe Simpson and Tina Drew, who doled out $2.1 million for the place in spring 2006 and then sold it 14 years later for the same amount.

There’s also an adjacent dining area painted a pale shade of green, plus a kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island and first-class Viking appliances.
