ATX TV Festival Adds Mad Men Retrospective, Live Suits Podcast, Golden Girls Table Read — View Full Line-Up

Get the cameras rolling, this is great stuff: The stars and co-creator of the savage reality TV satire UnREAL will reunite at ATX TV Festival for the show’s 10th anniversary.

Stars Shiri Appleby (Rachel), Constance Zimmer (Quinn), Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman (Jay) and Craig Bierko (Chet) will join co-creator Sarah Gertrude Shapiro for a retrospective “to reflect on the show’s exploration of the dark side of reality TV, the complex antiheroes at its center, its most memorable character moments and one-liners, and how the show’s recent debut on Netflix has led to a resurgence with both original fans and new viewers,” per the festival’s official panel description.

Also slated for ATX in 2025: a Mad Men retrospective with Jon Hamm in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the show’s finale; a live recording of “Sidebar: A Suits Podcast” with Patrick J. Adams and Sarah Rafferty; and live script readings from iconic episodes of Designing Women and Golden Girls (participating actors TBA).

Previously announced programming includes a conversation with Ted Lasso showrunner Bill Lawrence and his collaborators titled “Bill Lawrence & Friends”; a live table read of an unproduced script by The Haunting of Hill House’s Mike Flanagan; a live acting class with TV legend Henry Winkler; and casting directors from Breaking Bad, The Bear, Suits and more highlighting their favorite unsung actors. These panels join a reunion of HBO’s The Leftovers — with cast members Justin Theroux, Carrie Coon, Amy Brenneman, Christopher Eccleston, Ann Dowd and Kevin Carroll, co-creators Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta and director/executive producer Mimi Leder — that was first announced on Monday.

The 2025 ATX TV Festival, the 14th edition of the annual event, will take place Thursday, May 29 through Sunday, June 1, in Austin, Texas. Dates and times for specific panels will be announced at a later date; badges and passes are on sale here. Which panel are you most excited to see? Let us know in the comments below.
