Armie Hammer Appears As Character “Kannibal Ken” In New Music Video ‘Typical Squeeze’

Armie Hammer’s gradual return to Hollywood continues, we can reveal, with a cameo appearance in a new music video from actress and singer Georgina Leahy.

Hammer appears fleetingly in the pop track as a character called “Kannibal Ken” according to the song’s official YouTube credits. The song, titled Typical Squeeze, is about a rebellious woman who is not a “safe bet, good girl or typical squeeze.” “Everybody’s got a little wild side,” claims the song’s lyrics.

As we revealed in October, Hammer is making a return to acting for the first time in three years with western Frontier Crucible. The Social NetworkLone Ranger and Call Me By Your Name actor has also launched The Armie HammerTime Podcast.

The actor’s A-list Hollywood career was derailed back in 2021 when multiple women came forward with claims of abuse against him. Some accused Hammer of sharing sexual fantasies with them that involved cannibalism. Hammer denied the allegations of abuse but had to abandon several projects and was dropped by his talent agency and publicist. After an investigation into Hammer by the LA County District Attorney and LAPD, they declined to pursue criminal charges against him, citing insufficient evidence. He remains without representation other than his lawyer.

In the intervening period, Hammer has spent time in rehab, became divorced from his wife, and has spoken about having suicidal thoughts. On his podcast he described the period as “like a neutron bomb in my life” and said suggestions he was a cannibal were “outlandish”.

LA-based Brit Leahy most recently voiced the character Stella in FXX’s Helluva Boss and is a co-producer on Peacock thriller Bosco. She was previously a Bachelorette on The Bachelor UK and a semi-finalist as a singer on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2011.

The connective tissue here for Hammer is seemingly the music video’s director, Jerry Brunskill, a friend of Hammer’s who also produces his HammerTime podcast.
