Ariana Grande Channels Retro Inspiration in Pink Loewe Gown at 2025 National Board of Review Awards
The “Wicked” press tour may be over, but Ariana Grande isn’t abandoning Glinda’s signature color quite yet. The singer and actress attended the 2025 National Board of Review Gala on Tuesday night in New York, where she and her “Wicked” costar Cynthia Erivo won the NBR Spotlight Award.
Grande donned a pink vintage-inspired Loewe gown, which with its square neckline, matching shawl and darted bodice, evoked looks from the 1950s and 1960s. Her dress also featured a backless silhouette. The Golden Globe nominee accessorized with a jeweled necklace and stud earrings.

Stylist Mimi Cuttrell, who also counts Gigi Hadid and “Outer Banks” star Madelyn Cline as clients, dressed Grande for the occasion.
The “Eternal Sunshine” artist wore her blond tresses in a ponytail with a curved bang, while her makeup consisted of white eyeshadow and a mauve lip.
Grande also channeled retro glamour at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, where she wore a pale yellow Givenchy gown from the label’s spring 1966 couture collection. Stuart Weitzman heels and Swarovski jewelry topped off her ensemble.
Grande’s look drew comparisons to Audrey Hepburn, who frequently wore designs custom-made by the label’s eponymous founder, Hubert de Givenchy.
Cuttrell sourced Grande’s vintage gown from Lily et Cie, a Beverly Hills boutique that has also catered to A-listers like Zendaya and Selena Gomez.
