Anya Taylor-Joy hit the streets of New York City in a puzzling fashion look this week.
The Queen's Gambit actress was spotted while out and about in SoHo on Tuesday, Feb. 4, where she sported an eccentric garment that left her fans entirely in awe.
As seen in the stylish new pics, Taylor-Joy was photographed wearing an over-the-top white fluffy jacket featuring different layers that tapered down to her thighs.
The dramatic piece, part of Alexander McQueen's Autumn/Winter 2024 collection, covered the actress' upper body entirely in furry fabric which reached all the way up to her neck and expanded past both of her shoulders to exaggerate her shape.
Opting for the pantsless trend with the unique look, Taylor-Joy added even more glam to the look with a pair of nude heels that showed off her legs, while her icy-blonde hair—styled with a small braid on one side of her face—even matched the creamy color scheme of the whole 'fit.
"Such a unique and sublime beauty," one of Taylor-Joy's fans wrote on X (formerly Twitter) after seeing her latest fashion moment.

But some fans were admittedly perplexed by the eye-catching piece.
"Ok so her upper body is warm, but wouldn't her legs be cold?" one fan on X wanted to know.

According to the Alexander McQueen website, the jacket worn by Taylor-Joy is priced at a whopping $13,000, and despite some puzzled onlookers, most of her fans were mesmerized by the stunning look.
