Yahoo Lifestyle Anya Taylor-Joy Is Angelic in Dior Dress With Pleated ‘Wings’ at ‘The Gorge’ Los Angeles Premiere
Anya Taylor-Joy made an ethereal entrance at the premiere of “The Gorge” on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The actress costars with Miles Teller in the new science fiction film.
Taylor-Joy wore a backless ivory wool and silk minidress by Dior, which featured strapless neckline and a pleated cape. She accessorized with satin strappy pumps by Jimmy Choo, as well as a diamond-encrusted necklace and earrings by Tiffany & Co.

The “Furiosa” star currently works with stylist Ryan Hastings, who also counts Natalie Portman and Ryan Gosling as clients.
Taylor-Joy wore her blond tresses in a sleek bun, while her makeup consisted of beige eyeliner, rosy blush and a coral pink lip.
The actress has been a brand ambassador for both Tiffany & Co. and Dior since 2021. The luxury jeweler and the French fashion house have previously dressed Taylor-Joy for high-profile events such as the Emmys and Golden Globes.
“I love history, so I feel so lucky to be working with a brand where that history is so rich,” she told WWD of collaborating with Dior. “I’ve read many books on Mr. Dior and how the New Look revolutionized the way the world saw clothes…the silhouette really represented a new era.”
Last week, during her New York press tour for “The Gorge,” Taylor-Joy touted one of the season’s trendiest handbag silhouettes: the brown suede tote.
Brown suede bags are having a major moment following the virality of The Row’s Margaux tote, which, according to WWD, has been labeled the “new Birkin.”
Taylor-Joy’s Atlas Weekender was likely gifted to her at the Golden Globes last month. The $1 million gift bag was curated in collaboration with Robb Report.
“It’s a privilege to collaborate with the Golden Globes in creating a one-of-a-kind gift that mirrors the prestige and glamour of “Hollywood’s Party of the Year,” said Luke Bahrenburg, president of Robb Report and head of luxury sales at Penske Media Corp.
Products and experiences offered as part of the gift package included stays at luxury hotels in Bali and Beverly Hills, as well as skin care goodies by La Prairie and Beau Domaine.
