After Previously Saying That Coparenting With Chris Pratt Has Gotten “Easier,” Anna Faris Shared A Rare Update About Their 11-Year-Old Son
Anna Faris just shared an update about her “amazing” son as he gets older.
As you probably know, Anna was previously married to Chris Pratt. They separated after eight years together in 2017 but have since remained dedicated to coparenting their 11-year-old son, Jack, who was born in 2012.
In 2021, Anna secretly married Michael Barrett, while Chris tied the knot with Katherine Schwarzenegger a few years earlier in 2019.
Since she and Chris moved on, Anna has opened up about how their coparenting relationship has evolved, telling People in 2022: “We’re all getting much closer, and I so appreciate that.”
As Jack’s gotten older, Chris and Anna appear to have limited the amount they share about him, perhaps because of health issues he’s faced since birth. But now, ahead of his 12th birthday in August, Anna’s given a brief update on how Jack’s getting on.
On Monday’s Today show, Anna talked with cohosts Hoda Kotb and Justin Sylvester about parenting struggles, prompting them to note how quickly Jack has grown up.
“He’s amazing. He’s 11,” Anna said when Hoda asked how he’s been doing. “You miss it sometimes when you look at old photos,” she reminisced before revealing that Jack’s entering a new phase of his development.
Earlier in the interview, Anna also discussed the process of becoming a stepmom to her husband’s 17- and-20-year-old kids, admitting that she had been “stumbling through that position” for a while.
