Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin hilariously hit back at Trump after insults

Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin hilariously laid into Donald Trump after he slammed them at a rally on Wednesday in Reading, Pennsylvania.

The former president called “The View” co-hosts “really dumb people” after the show welcomed Vice President Kamala Harris as a guest on its Tuesday episode.

He specifically went after Goldberg, recounting how he once hired the “demented” EGOT winner to perform at a comedy event at one of his casinos, calling her act “filthy dirty” and “disgusting” and saying he’d “never hire her again.”

On Thursday’s live broadcast, the co-hosts hit the stage ready to take the MAGA leader to task for his personal digs — walking out to Christina Aguilera’s 2002 chart-topper “Dirrty.”

Goldberg explained that the change from the usual theme song was “because it’s one of the words that You-Know-Who used when he was talking about me, in particular, but he was talking about us at his rallies.”

“I was filthy, and stand on that fact,” she continued. “I have always been filthy, and you knew that when you hired me. I headlined, babe, at your casino, which I might’ve continued to play had you not run it into the ground.”

“How dumb are you? You hired me four times,” the 68-year-old “Sister Act” star said in her message directed at Trump. “You didn’t know what you were getting? How dumb are you?”

Hostin — a Notre Dame Law School alum and former federal prosecutor, who Trump on Wednesday called “one dumb woman” — then weighed in.

“Donald Trump, I want to thank you for personally telling so many lies and committing so many alleged crimes and providing us with material on a daily basis. You help us do our jobs, and I’m so appreciative,” she said, before ribbing him about his mounting legal troubles.

Hostin told the former real estate tycoon that he’s “always welcome to come” on the show — “if sitting so close to a prosecutor won’t make you nervous.”

Before the Hot Topics segment ended, Goldberg added: “Here’s the real thing that everybody has to be aware of: This is what irritated him, not what’s going on, hurricanes and all kinds of stuff going on in our country. But we irritated him to the point that he has to admit he does watch ‘The View,’ something we all knew.”
