'Can you stoop any lower?' Reality TV couple slammed for cheating
The Amazing Race kicked off last night on Channel 10 and promptly cranked up the drama, with one couple making a name for themselves as the villains of this season almost as soon as they left the starting line.
The show kicked off in Seoul, South Korea, where the contestants scurried around the city, completing a range of bizarre tasks which most managed to do without bending the rules, but one couple decided to get done with some good old fashioned dirty work.
To say influencers Sid and Ash from Bondi started off very much on the wrong foot may be the understatement of the year, after they decided to steal from another couple during a dumplings challenge, in which they were tasked with crafting 50 dumplings to get their hands on the next clue.
Even worse, they decided to target nuns Judy and Therese.
Yep, the pair have managed to get both fans and God offside after the sneaky move in which Sid nicked one of the ladies’ handmade dumplings to bulk out their own paltry efforts.
“Should we steal one of the nuns’ dumplings?” Ash asked her soon-to-be partner in crime.
Sid responded by grabbing one of the tiny pastries, while Ash giggled alongside.
“I’m going to hell after this,” he joked, and fans couldn’t have agreed more.
Ash and Sid in fans’ sin bin
Predictably the move landed them in the sin bin with fans across the country, but interestingly didn’t come with an official penalty leaving many viewers seriously unimpressed.
Really? No penalty for the influencers cheating? That sucks big time #AmazingRaceAU

Others argued that no matter who was the victim, stealing from another team was beyond the pale.
Stealing from any team is low and not even slightly funny. #AmazingRaceAU

Not just stealing dumplings
The pair didn’t confine their dirty work to the dumpling challenge, either.
The duo tried to misdirect other pairs while chasing clues but still managed to finish the first leg in 9th place out of 11 pairs.
Adding insult to injury, after the dumpling incident, the pair pipped the nuns at the post, further cementing their status as the villains of this series.
The TV show has made a return after a five-year lull following the final season in 2014.
This time around the show is offering contestants a cool $250,000 prize money, and it looks like some people will do anything to get their hands on it.
The Amazing Race airs Tuesday night at 7:30pm.
