It comes after Amanda copped backlash for breaking lockdown rules and driving from London to Cornwall to see her parents after receiving a "distressing phone call" from her stepfather the weekend before her birthday.
Cornwall Police had previously warned that visitors would face a fine for breaking lockdown restrictions, but a source told The Sun, "Officers turned up at [Amanda's] parents' this afternoon to ask about the visit. As they left they said this would be the end of the matter."
Friends of the presenter said she wouldn't have made the journey but was very concerned for her parents' welfare and felt she had no option.
