Whether it’s a $6 frozen dessert or that famous nursery rocking chair (yep, it’s back!), Aussie shoppers can trust Aldi to deliver the goods at a great price — and the discount retailer’s upcoming Special Buys catalogue is no exception.
There’s one bargain in particular that has mums ‘so excited’ and that’s the Bonds Baby Wondersuit which the German chain is selling for a cheap and cheerful $10.99.
A staple in every little one’s wardrobe, the ever-popular Wondersuit retails for $24.95 on the Bonds website, but Aldi fans can snap up one (or more, if they’re lucky) for less than half price on Wednesday, July 22.
According to the Aldi catalogue, the snuggly all-in-one zip-up suits come in assorted prints such as polka dots, flowers and dinosaurs and come in sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2 or 3.
Keen shoppers are already looking forward to filling their trolleys, with several taking to Facebook to share their excitement.
“The girls’ ones are cute as!” wrote one fan.
“I think I love all of them,” said another.
One mum, however, was less enthused, explaining that she would likely be sitting out the next Special Buys day to avoid the in-store chaos.
“All so very lovely stuff but I never bother; last time I tried I almost got assaulted. It’s really not worth the arguments with people!” she wrote.
Last month, outraged Coles shoppers reported ‘nasty’ scenes after a popular item advertised in the supermarket’s new ‘Best Buys’ range — a $129 all-in-one oven and air fryer — sold out in a matter of seconds.
Also included in Wednesday’s Special Buys along with the Wondersuit are Bonds Children’s Trackies for $13.99 and Children’s Hoodie or Pullover for $16.99.
