A “9-1-1: Lone Star” wedding?! Marjan and Joe ask her parents for their blessing in exclusive preview clip
Actress Natacha Karam and her real-life boyfriend, John Clarence Stewart, may be headed down the aisle on the Fox drama. Watch a scene from season 5, episode 10, "All Who Wander."
Ring the alarm — or rather, ring the wedding bells? Marjan may be walking down the aisle soon on 9-1-1: Lone Star.
In a season 5, episode 10 preview clip exclusive to Entertainment Weekly, actress Natacha Karam's firefighter prepares Joe (Karam's real-life boyfriend, John Clarence Stewart) to meet her parents — and to ask for their blessing to marry.

Marjan enters the conversation more than a little nervous, shedding her normal calm confidence.
"We're going to get to see a new side of Marjan and her personal life and romantic developments that have happened since last season," Karam tells EW, referencing how Marjan began dating Joe after meeting him as her physical therapist while she recovered from being shot in the stomach in season 4. "We get to see her out of her comfort zone, which is really fun. It's a new tone for Lone Star. It feels really like rom-com, which I think is fun for the audience — and the characters."
Before the start of the season, at the 2024 Emmy Awards, Lone Star actress Gina Torres actually teased that there would be some nuptials in this fifth and final installment of the Fox first-responder drama. ("There's a wedding, so I'm just going to tease that. Love is always in the air," the Suits alum told EW and PEOPLE on the red carpet.) At the time, it was safe to assume she might have been talking about her character, Tommy Vega, and Pastor Trevor (D.B. Woodside). But Tommy's storyline took a turn, with the EMT breaking up with Trevor and currently battling cancer. So will Marjan and Joe be the couple saying, "I do"? Monday's episode may provide some answers.
It also promises to be a very big episode for Judd (Jim Parrack), with the actor only revealing to EW that "the chickens come home to roost."

Luckily, co-showrunner Rashad Raisani was a little more forthcoming when EW spoke to him after the winter finale in December: "To be honest, one of the great performances of this series is what’s coming in episode 10," Raisani teased of what's in store for Parrack as his character grapples with his alcoholism that has developed in the absence of his wife, Grace (Sierra McClain, who chose not to return for season 5). "Like real addiction, it's not just like, 'Oh, okay, I'm good.' There's a lot for him to process. A lot of anger and denial, and even a bit of a death wish, that all were there before Grace got there and now are roaring back. That's what he's got to grapple with."
Raisani also promised "the biggest and I think best Marjan story we've ever had." But does that mean a wedding?
9-1-1: Lone Star season 5, episode 10, "All Who Wander," airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
