What Is Tabbouleh?
Tabbouleh is an Arab or Levantine vegetarian salad that's traditionally made with bulgur wheat, parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion and olive oil, but there are lots of new ways to make this summery dish. Using quinoa or lentils in place of the bulgur makes it gluten-free, while substituting cauliflower makes it low in carbs. Add grilled vegetables or greens such as kale for added nutrition.
