‘1923’ & ‘Landman’ Actress Michelle Randolph Signs With UTA

EXCLUSIVE: Michelle Randolph has signed with UTA for representation in all areas.

Randolph made her television series debut in the Taylor Sheridan Yellowstone prequel series 1923 for Paramount+ alongside Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford. The Western drama continues the story of the now iconic Dutton family into the early 20th century. Randolph’s character ‘Elizabeth Strafford’ marries into the clan when she says “I do” to Jack Dutton (Darren Mann), the only child of John (James Badge Dale) and Emma (Marley Shelton) Dutton.

As Deadline reported in 2022, 1923 premiered on December 18 to 7.4 million total viewers across Paramount+ and linear telecasts becoming Paramount+’s most watched premiere ever in the U.S. by a wide margin. The show’s second season will premiere on Sunday, February 23rd.

Randolph currently stars in a second Sheridan series, Landman, working opposite Billy Bobby Thornton and Ali Larter in the role of their characters Tommy and Angela Norris’ daughter Ainsley Norris. Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Landman is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the 11-part podcast “Boomtown,” the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.

Landman‘s series premiere on November 17 counted with 5.2 million cross-platform same-day viewers joining 1923 and the Sylvester Stallone-led series Tulsa King in the Top 3.

Randolph will continue to be represented by D2 Management, imPRint, and Gang, Tyre, Ramer.
