The 1000-Lb Sisters video showed Amy and Chris looking over an expansive family tree, with the woman who searched through their background telling them, "The furthest back I was able to get your family was this guy, Hugh Kirkwood, who came over from the U.K. in the 1700s."

"He actually was wounded in the Revolutionary War," she revealed, before telling Amy that, if she wanted to, she could join the organization called the Daughters of the American Revolution, which is a nonprofit group of direct descendants of patriots who fought in the war.

Amy went on to joke that the siblings' tendency to argue might spawn from their ancestors' nature, saying, "No wonder why the f--k we always fight. We come from a long line of [soldiers]."

The siblings also got to see the Kirkwood family crest, which featured three shackles on the front, although it wasn't clear why they were included in the design.

Tammy wasn't with her siblings at the genealogy meeting, but she has been busy making constant progress on her weight-loss journey. A recent episode showed the 38-year-old reaching another major milestone, as she weighed in below her brother's weight, with Chris congratulating her on the accomplishment.
