This $10 Million Aspen Ranch Has Stunning Mountain Views, Even From the Sauna
From rotating Dior pop-ups to Michelin-starred restaurants, Aspen, Colorado, is a lively hotbed of leisure and entertainment year-round. That’s what keeps names like Rihanna and Orlando Bloom flying back to the ski town, where Yellowstone’s Kevin Costner owns a sprawling 160-acre estate. And if you’re looking to put down some roots in the buzzy resort community, too, a serene Rocky Mountain spread known as The Noble Ranch just hit the market with Paige McNeil of The Agency Aspen for $10 million. Records show that’s a whopping 67 percent gain over the $6 million it last sold for in 2023, which was 12 percent less than its final asking price of $6.8 million.
The five-bedroom property sits on nearly 2.8 acres at the southern terminus of Medicine Bow Road with a main residence, guest house, and two additional living spaces. Aside from its easy proximity to Snowmass Village, the 1976-built home provides stunning mountain views and access to a variety of outdoor activities that range from skiing to biking trails.

Antique wood and stone features create a harmonious blend with the main house’s silvery blue shingled facade. Lush, irrigated grounds bring it to life with a variety of colorful florals that lead to the front door. The natural elements spill indoors, where vaulted ceilings are punctuated by repurposed barnwood exposed wood beams, and the winding staircase is crafted of wood.
In the open-plan main living area, on the home’s upper level to maximize light and views, there’s a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and, just outside, a terrace with rolling mountain vistas. A charming kitchen is nearby with a vintage 1949 O’Keefe and Merritt six-burner stove and breakfast bar seating for two, while the adjoining dining area will host up to eight people beneath a modern light fixture.
An arched doorway at the top of the stairs leads into the primary suite, where there are unobstructed views of Sky Mountain Park. Onyx slabs resembling marbled cake highlight the bathroom, which includes a steam shower and French limestone floors. At least two other bedrooms are situated on the lower level, next to a shared sitting area.
Owners can also challenge guests in a game of billiards in another ground-level space, this one with a fireplace and space for gym equipment. Elsewhere, you’ll find the ultra-modern home theater with two rows of plush, cream-colored leather seats beside American walnut acoustic slat wood panels.
Outside is a large deck that incorporates a hot tub alongside a cube-shaped sauna with a huge window to take in the scenery, while the detached guest house by architect Lip Warner features an open-air design and a towering stone fireplace. A three-car garage rounds out the property in the Centennial State, which saw its most expensive residential sale ever go down earlier this year, when casino tycoon Steve Wynn paid $108 million for an 11-bedroom estate just above downtown Aspen.
