Don't interfere with a Donna Kelce style staple!
If there's one accessory that is an absolute must on game days for the NFL mom who's watching and cheering for her son Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, it's undeniably her glasses.
In fact, aside from aiding the hawk-eyed mom who's dialed in on her football-playing son make moves on the field, the glasses Donna wears at games have special significance. She's previously opened up about how she wears red frames, specifically, when she attends Chiefs games.
That's why the spirited mom — who used to wear green frames when supporting her now-retired son, former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, at games — is particular about her eye makeup and had one specific request when getting ready for the recent Chiefs game.
Celebrity makeup artist Allison Kaye, who did Donna's glam ahead of the Chiefs matchup against the Houston Texans on Jan. 18, revealed to PEOPLE the one thing she did not want to wear to the game that night.
While Kaye tells PEOPLE that Donna was "good with false lashes," she revealed that she asked that they were not long in length. "She's like, 'As long as they don't hit my glasses.' And I was like, 'Don't worry, I packed a small pair for you'!" the makeup artist said.
The glam artist made clear, "We did use a very small false lash."
As for the rest of her glam, Kaye recalls Donna telling her that she likes to "look like [her] normal" self. She said "the goal" was to make sure her makeup was overdone, therefore, they went with "a very elevated soft glam."

Since the game started at 4:30 p.m., Donna was in the glam chair starting at 8:45 a.m. For Kaye, that meant creating a look that "could stay on her face literally all day and all night long since it was a long day," she told PEOPLE exclusively.
While the NFL was clear on what she did not want to wear, she had two specific requests when it came to makeup: blush shade and lip color.
"She specifically mentioned that she likes a berry-colored blush," Kaye shared, noting that she used Beauty Pie's Supercheek Cream Blush in the French Raspberry shade. "It looked amazing on her."
As for the pinkish lip shade she selected, Kaye described it as "her signature makeup look." She used Beauty Pie's Wondergel Long Wear Lip Liner in the Damzel (Cool Toned Berry Pink) shade. She noted that it "photographed a little bit darker than it looked in person."
As for Donna's outfit choice, the football mom wore several accessories that seemingly nodded to her son Travis' girlfriend Taylor Swift, who also attended the game on Jan. 18. Among them included a snake ring and a The Tortured Poets Department merch bracelet.
The Kansas City Chiefs were victorious over the Texans at the Jan. 18 game. They will take on the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Jan. 26 as they continue on their quest to be the first team to "three-peat" at the Super Bowl in NFL history.
