Jennifer Lopez Put a Glamorous Twist on the 'Matrix' Trend at Sundance

Jennifer Lopez has officially found her winter style muse. Over the weekend, the multi-hyphenate touched down in Park City, Utah for the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, where her new movie Kiss of a Spider Woman is set to premiere on Sunday night. And for the occasion, she channeled Trinity from The Matrix with a glamorously edgy all-leather look in the snow. 

Although her outfit—which consisted of a belted black leather trench coat, a matching newsboy cap, and an oversized black leather scarf—seemingly was a tribute to everyone's favorite ass-kicking Y2K superhero, it still remained true to J.Lo's glamorous aesthetic. Adding several of her style signatures, Lopez accessorized with a pair sky-high black stiletto boots with knife-pointed heels, dark-lensed aviator sunglasses, and chunky silver hoop earrings. 

As for glam, she pulled her caramel-colored hair back into a bun and complemented her glowing bronzed skin with a smudge of pink lipgloss .

"Ready to Sundance ❄️," Lopez captioned a video reel of her winter-ready look on Instagram, adding a kiss mark and a spider emoji to reference her latest project.

Lopez's trip to Sundance comes just days after it was reported that she was spotted house-hunting in Brentwood, California where her former husband Ben Affleck purchased a home post-divorce. According to a source at TMZ, the singer-slash-actress was looking at a $20 million property in the Los Angeles neighborhood and "really likes" the estate, but has "serious concerns" about the air quality due to the ongoing wildfires. Only time will tell if she decides to put pen to paper.
