Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, arrested on charges of attempting to flee police following previous prostitution arrest

The daughter of the country singer has had repeated run-ins with law enforcement.

Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley has been arrested for the second time in four months.

Kelley, 28, was booked into the Carroll County Jail in Georgia on Aug. 3 on three misdemeanor counts: driving with a suspended or revoked license, using motorcycle equipment improperly, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, Entertainment Weekly confirms.

She spent one night in jail and was released after posting a $2,750 bond.

Representatives for Judd did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly's request for comment.

The arrest is part of a string of run-ins Kelley has had with law enforcement over the years.

In April, Kelley was charged with indecent exposure, obstructing governmental operations, and soliciting prostitution in Alabama. She was taken into custody after allegedly "exposing her breasts and lower body" at the Interstate 65 and Highway 14 intersection in Millbrook, per local news outlets AL.com and WSFA 12.

Kelley — who the "No One Else Singer" shares with ex-husband Arch Kelley III — was arrested for possession of meth in 2016. An eight-year jail sentence followed in 2018, after she was caught violating probation by leaving a court-ordered drug recovery program. She was granted a temporary leave of absence from jail to welcome her daughter, Kaliyah, in March 2022.

Kelley was released from jail in December 2022, but was then arrested and jailed in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole, per the Daily Beast. She was held at Tennessee’s Putnam County Jail and reportedly released in October 2023.

Though Judd has not publicly addressed her daughter's legal troubles, she is currently raising her 2-year-old granddaughter while Kelley navigates her issues. In June, the country singer spoke to Us Weekly about the special relationship she shares with her granddaughter, Kaliyah: “The greatest thing I can tell her is that she’s loved unconditionally. I want her to know her best is good enough."
