A 47-year-old woman who was last seen before the fatal Philadelphia plane crash has been found alive, according to police.

Philadelphia Police tell PEOPLE on Tuesday, Feb. 4, that Sarah Stepp — who was last seen at 4 p.m. local time on Shelmire Street on Friday, Jan. 31 — has been located "safe and unharmed."

Sarah's sister, Suzanne Lee Stepp, said the 48-year-old woman was visiting her boyfriend in Northeast Philadelphia when the medical jet plummeted to the ground just after 6 p.m., according to ABC affiliate WPVI-TV. (Shelmire Street is about a five-minute drive from the crash site.)

But when Suzanne tried calling her sister’s phone, she claimed “it went straight to voicemail.” She then called Sarah’s "worried" boyfriend, who said Sarah had gone out to get food in the same area where the plane crashed but hadn't come back.
