'Run now': Woman finds boyfriend's mum's 'rules' for dating her son
A woman has taken to TikTok to share a list of rules she found on her boyfriend's mum's Instagram account titled, "Rules For Dating My Son."
The woman, named Emma, shared a video of herself and the list with the song 'She F***ing Hates Me' by Puddle of Mudd playing in the background.
"My BF's mum just posted this on Insta," she wrote on the video.
The rules were seemingly quite shocking with one reading: "If you show up to my house looking like a stripper, I will make you go away."

Another read: "If I see any 'sexts' on his phone, I will make you go away."
One simply said: "Understand that I can make you go away."
The ninth 'rule', was an odd one, which read: "I know how to avoid jail."
The last one read: "If you weasel your way past all of these rules and fake your way to a ring on your finger, I will be something much worst than your boyfriend's mum. I'll be your mother-in-law."
Commenters were shocked by the fact Emma's boyfriend's mum would post such a thing on social media with one user writing: "This is so embarrassing for her I am so sorry you need to deal with that."
"Break up with him, if this is not a red flag, I don't know what is," another added.
"Oh she will definitely wear white at your wedding," someone else wrote.
"Girl, run now," another wrote, while someone else added, "Break up now. It will never get better."
However, others defended Emma's boyfriend with one user writing: "Y'all telling her to run have got to stop. It's not her BFs fault, and as long as he sticks up for her when need be, they'll be fine."
Many others thought it was odd how possessive the mother was of her son with one user writing: "This is why I will forever refuse to date mama's boys."
One user suggested another way around it: "I would elope!"
