Willie Robertson's 6 Children: All About the “Duck Dynasty” Star's Daughters and Sons
Willie Robertson is a father to his six kids: Rebecca, John Luke, Sadie, Bella, Will and Rowdy
Willie Robertson's children — Rebecca, John Luke, Sadie, Bella, Will and Rowdy — made his experience on Duck Dynasty one-of-a-kind.
When the reality TV show premiered in 2012, Willie and his wife, Korie Robertson, were featured raising their six kids. While the majority of their daughters and sons grew up on-screen, the couple welcomed their youngest child just before the series ended in 2017.
Throughout the years, Willie and Korie have showcased their love for their children, and they've returned the sentiment. In 2018, Sadie told PEOPLE Now that she admired her mom’s courageous spirit and cited her as an inspiration for her book, Live Fearless.
“My mom is the most fearless person I’ve ever met. She’s just literally a picture of peace," she said. "She just walks into the future and laughs, like nothing bothers her.”
Here’s everything to know about Willie Robertson's children: Rebecca, John Luke, Sadie, Bella, Will and Rowdy.
Rebecca Robertson Loflin, 36
Rebecca Robertson Loflin was born in Portland, Ore., on Oct. 17, 1988, and she was raised in Taiwan, according to her bio on Live Original.
Willie and Korie started fostering Rebecca in 2004 when she was a 16-year-old exchange student for a year-long program, and they immediately embraced her as one of their own.
“We fell in love with her from day one, and she became our daughter,” Korie said on their Facebook Watch series At Home With The Robertsons in 2021. "She has a mom that is still in Taiwan that loves her dearly, but we're her American family."
Though Rebecca only appeared in a handful of Duck Dynasty episodes from 2013 to 2017, Willie and Korie were involved in her education. According to her bio on Live Original, Rebecca attended Louisiana State University, where she earned a degree in fashion design, merchandising and textile science.
In the following years, Rebecca moved to Los Angeles after landing an internship and eventually returned home with ideas for a clothing line, Korie told Taste of Country. The mother-daughter duo opened the clothing store Duck and Dressing in 2019, and Korie credited Rebecca for spearheading the project they had dreamed about.
"She’s done an incredible job. I’m so proud of her and it’s been really fun to do together," Korie told the outlet. "I think Rebecca did a good job of taking kind of that experience out in L.A. and bringing it back and making it have a southern feel to it as well."
On Dec. 3, 2016, Rebecca tied the knot with John Reed Loflin in Mexico, where Willie walked her down the aisle. She later made Willie and Korie first-time grandparents when she and John Reed announced they were expecting in July 2018.
Korie was excited to share the news on Instagram, writing, “I’ve been dying to tell y’all this!! @rebeccalorobertson @johnreedloflin are having a baby🎉🙌🏻👏🏼🤗Which means Willie and I are going to be grandparents 👵❤️👴.”
The couple have since welcomed two children: son Zane Israel Loflin in 2019, and daughter Holland Lo Loflin, their “rainbow baby,” in 2021. (Rebecca and John Reed previously opened up about experiencing a miscarriage in October 2020.)
Currently, they are expecting a son in November 2024.
Around the same time Rebecca gave birth to Holland, she founded the boutique Me & My, a clothing brand for mothers and kids created from her desire to create “modern, functional and stylish garments” in matching sets for herself and her son.
John Luke Robertson, 29
Willie and Korie welcomed their son, John Luke Robertson, on Oct. 11, 1995.
John Luke was 16 years old when Duck Dynasty started airing on A&E in 2012.
A few years later, on his 19th birthday, he announced that he had proposed to his girlfriend, Mary Kate McEacharn. According to the couple, John Luke popped the question by gifting her a photo album with a picture of the ring on the last page. When Mary Kate figured out what was happening and looked up, he had the ring in his hand.
John Luke and Mary Kate married on June 27, 2015, on the Robertson family farm, surrounded by friends and family.
In May 2019, the couple revealed they were expecting their first child, a baby boy. To celebrate the news, they recreated a vintage photo of John Luke’s parents on the beach taken back when they were waiting for his arrival.
John Luke and Mary Kate welcomed their son, John Shepherd Robertson, on Oct. 14, 2019.
“Welcome to the world, John Shepherd!” he wrote on Instagram, alongside a black-and-white photo of them from the hospital. Mary Kate captioned a gallery of the trio, “Robertson family of 3!!!”
Their family grew on April 8, 2021, when the couple had their daughter, Ella Kathryn Robertson. The family was complete with the birth of their son, Wells Robertson, on Sept. 12, 2023.
On the work front, John Luke is the camp director for Camp Ch-Yo-Ca, a “non-denominational Christian camp located in the piney woods of North Louisiana.”
He is also a coffee roaster who releases small, specialty batches under the label King Lane's Coffee. John Luke previously owned Railway Coffee, a cafe in Ruston, La.
Sadie Carroway Robertson Huff, 27
Willie and Korie welcomed their daughter, Sadie Carroway Robertson, on June 11, 1997.
Growing up in the spotlight on Duck Dynasty launched Sadie’s entertainment career. She competed on Dancing with the Stars during its 19th season in 2014, placing second with partner Mark Ballas. Two years later, Sadie began acting, starring in films like I’m Not Ashamed (2016) and God’s Not Dead 2 (2016). The following year, she was cast in Brett Eldredge’s music video for “The Long Way.”
Sadie is also an accomplished author, having published several books since 2014, including her New York Times best-selling debut, Live Original, which launched her Live Original brand. More recently, she is set to release her latest work, a devotions book titled The Next Step, on Nov. 24.
Sadie got engaged to Christian Huff on June 9, 2019, writing that she “screamed YES” in an Instagram post showcasing the proposal. The couple spoke to PEOPLE a few days later, and Sadie shared details from the surprise: Christian popped the question in the middle of a joint birthday party for them.
Sadie married Christian at her family’s Louisiana home on Nov. 25, 2019. “When somebody makes you better and they’re your best friend in the world, you don’t want to spend a day without them. So we’re excited to not have to spend the day without each other,” she told PEOPLE.
In October 2020, Sadie announced that she and Christian were expecting their first child together. The couple welcomed their daughter Honey James Huff on May 11, 2021.
"The experience of watching your daughter give birth to her daughter...well, there are no words 😭🙏🏻🤗🙌🏻," Sadie’s mother, Korie, shared on Instagram alongside photos of the new mom and her newborn in the delivery room.
Nearly two years later, Sadie and Christian announced the birth of their second daughter, Haven Belle Huff, on May 22, 2023. "Christian and I could not be happier and more grateful. Soaking in every single moment💕," she captioned a series of family photos on social media.
Sadie is a devoted Christian who travels to college campuses across the U.S. to speak with Bible study groups.
“I don’t know that I have ever shared a more vulnerable message just getting to sit down and read my testimony and lead students to a relationship in Christ and freedom through Christ,” she shared on Instagram alongside a photo of herself at Texas A&M University.
She also created an app inspired by her faith for her Live Original brand, although its annual conference is one of the bigger focuses now.
On the LO Sister app, she shares “bible studies, mentorship, workshops and more,” per its Instagram. Sadie hosts the podcast WHOA That’s Good, where she speaks to people who inspire her and asks them for advice. She also started working on the podcast, LO Mama, with her mom Korie and costar Maisey Redman, alongside her own mother, Beth Redman.
Bella Robertson Mayo, 22
Willie and Korie welcomed their daughter, Bella Robertson, on Sept. 16, 2002.
The youngest daughter of the Robertson clan, Bella was 9 years old when Duck Dynasty premiered. Although she started appearing in front of the camera as a child, Bella didn't gravitate toward entertainment and only appeared in the movie I’m Not Ashamed with her sister Sadie and mom Korie at age 14.
Fast forward, Bella got engaged to her boyfriend, Jacob Mayo, on Nov. 27, 2020.
While the proposal was private, their celebration included the whole family. “Our fam is growing again,” her mom wrote on Instagram. “Jacob, we love you and are so excited to welcome you into the fam.”
In April 2021, the celebrations continued with Bella’s bridal shower.
“It is the best thing in the world to look around the room at beautiful, strong, faithful women that love your baby dearly!” Korie reflected after the shower. “Women that are cheering and praying for her. Women who were there when she was born and will be there for her and @jacobdmayo through it all.”
On June 5, 2021, Bella and Jacob tied the knot at her family’s Louisiana farm, surrounded by family and friends. The newlyweds spent their honeymoon snorkeling on the Caribbean island of Petit Saint Vincent.
When Bella graduated from college in May 2024, she looked back at her relationship with Jacob, which started when she graduated from high school.
Following big sister Sadie’s footsteps, Bella became a published author in 2021 when she released My Greenhouse, a collection of original poetry.
Also a devoted Christian, Bella hosts seasonal gatherings with her sister-in-law Kaylea Coates through their faith-based women’s organization cultivate.LA.
Will Robertson Jr., 23
Willie and Korie welcomed their son, Will Robertson Jr., also known as Willie Jr. or Little Will, on Nov. 8, 2001, via adoption at 5 weeks old.
Will has lived across the U.S., including in North Carolina and Virginia, but most recently moved to Dallas. In the past, he and his wife, Abby Hammond, uploaded vlogs about their daily life, trips and covers of their favorite songs on their joint YouTube channel.
Abby is close with the Robertson family and supportive of Sadie's LO endeavors, including the yearly conference.
The pair announced their engagement in December 2022 and married on April 28, 2023. “Still can’t believe this girl is my WIFE,” Will wrote on Instagram alongside wedding photos.
Despite living in a different state from his family, Will spends plenty of time with them, including on family trips to Hawaii and the Dominican Republic. He is also involved in Sadie’s band, LO Worship, for which he sings and produces original music.
“Loved seeing you worship on that stage with abandon. So proud!” mom Korie commented on Will’s Instagram post from the LO Sister conference in 2022.
The year prior, Willie and Korie opened up about their son Will's identity as a Black man on At Home with the Robertsons.
The pair admitted that they "didn't think about" race until Duck Dynasty premiered, while Will shared his experiences growing up. Regardless of others' opinions, Willie and Korie proudly call Will one of their own.
Rowdy Robertson, 21
Willie and Korie welcomed their son, Rowdy Robertson, via adoption.
Born on Dec. 10, 2002, Rowdy was 13 years old when he joined the family in September 2016. After sharing a glimpse of their new loved one, Kori formally announced the new addition with a family photo.
“It's official!! Today Rowdy officially became a Robertson!" she captioned a group photo. "So thankful for Godly attorneys and judges that made the day extra special. We told stories of the past year, we laughed, we cried, we hugged, we swore to love Rowdy forever and ever."
In 2017, Korie spoke to Birmingham Christian Family Magazine about bringing Rowdy into the family.
“It’s been incredible to see how our other children have responded to him and accepted him and loved him,” she said. “At one point Will [Jr.] looked at me and said, ‘Mom, have you noticed that me and Bella don’t fight anymore?’ It was like we all had a greater purpose and everyone just stepped up to the plate.”
Rowdy celebrated his mom in an Instagram post on Mother’s Day in 2024, writing, "Happy Mother’s Day to best mom that I could ever ask for! I hope today has been filled with many joys today! I love you!!"
Although he doesn't often post on social media, he has shared that he aspires to be a professional behind the camera. "I hope that I will eventually be a nature and wildlife photographer for Nat Geo one day!" Rowdy wrote on his photo-focused Instagram.
