Goldberg also advised anxious Americans to "get some papers" to ease election woes.

Whoopi Goldberg closed out the 2024 presidential election cycle with an executive order straight from The Whoopi Goldberg War Room™.

The View cohost and Oscar-winning actress delivered a vital message of information to Americans heading to the polls on Tuesday morning, capping a historic political cycle with a pearl of wisdom for those trapped in long lines at their local voting places.

"If you're going out to vote this morning, thank you," the 68-year-old said from her post at the Hot Topics table. "Don't sit this one out."

Goldberg's colleague, former Donald Trump staffer Alyssa Farah Griffin, jumped in to remind voters to "stay in line" at the polls, prompting Goldberg to get extremely specific with her next recommendation.

"Stay in line, yes, because any little thing — you pass a little gas, they want to move you out," Goldberg said. "So, just hold it. Clutch. Just stand clutched until you get in there and then, once you're behind the curtain, let it rip."

The studio audience then uproariously cheered Goldberg's advice on the most important day of the year in United States politics.

Goldberg's words come over a year after The View began an unrelenting battle with gaseous entities, following a horrific water spillage (and mysterious fart noise of unknown origin) that plagued the Hot Topics table in January 2023.

Later on Tuesday's episode, Goldberg raised awareness about another important issue at the polls.

"If you see other voters being harassed, call somebody. Call a cop, call someone," Goldberg said later in the broadcast, referencing an election day report involving a teen allegedly assaulting a woman. "If you're seeing it, if we stick together and say we're not going to let you do that, we're not going to let you harass these people, we've got to do something. Particularly, for some reason, folks have been going after older folks, and many older folks are not like Joy and I. You really don't want to do this to older people. You don't want to put your hands on older people, because when you piss them off, it's a mess."

The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. PT on ABC.
