The Biggest Loser trainers Michelle Bridges and Steve “The Commando” Willis are embracing life as a couple as they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their surprising romance.
While the demands of filming Season 9 of the reality weight-loss series hasn’t left much room for downtime, Bridges, 42, and Willis, 36, are excitedly planning a trip to the US together, she reveals exclusively to WHO.
“We haven’t had much time to relax this year due to the hectic Biggest Loser schedule, so we are both looking forward to spending some more time together,” says Bridges.
“I’d love to show him some of my favourite places and eat at some of the restaurants I love.”

Yet amid the buzz of falling in love, the powerhouse trainer has also announced plans to expand her fitness empire: WHO can reveal Bridges will launch her successful 12 Week Body Transformation program into the US, where more than one third of adults are obese. Bridges will also attend an A-list Hollywood event and showcase her recently launched One Active sportswear line.
“The highlight of the trip will be a weekend in the Hamptons, where we are renting a luxury house,” says Bridges, who will host a VIP event in the New York’s summer playground for the rich and famous.
After a turbulent start to the year, in which her nine year marriage to ex-husband and business partner Bill Moore, 59, came to an end, the celebrity fitness guru is relieved to be back on track. “Everything is good, I’m feeling happy and enjoying life.”
