Stranger Things 4 – Volume 1 (27th)
Hooly dooly, the first new Stranger Things since 2019 is finally here! The wait has been long and painful, but this new batch of episodes looks brilliant and will hopefully wipe the memory of some of S3’s dodgier moments.

Just in case you weren’t sick of hearing about Joe Exotic, ol’ mate Louis Theroux is here for his own unique take on that whole caper.
From S1 (27th)
Creepy horror series about a small town you can never leave. A bit like the “Hotel California”, but with monsters. This looks like a must-watch for genre fans.
Yolo: Crystal Fantasy S1 (29th)
Hilarious, weird, trippy and SUPER Aussie animation from the mind of Michael Cusack (Damo and Darren). It’s niche, but brilliant for those who dig this kind of thing.
BINGE
Silent Witness S25 (24th)
Crikey, TWENTY FIVE seasons and still going strong? The procedural forensic cop drama continues, which should delight its apparently voracious audience.
NCIS: New Orleans (24th)
Honestly, we didn’t even know this show existed. And there’s seven seasons of it! And it looks pretty decent, if you’re into the NCIS formula. Scott Bakula’s always a welcome face.
Amazon Prime Video
Kick Like Tayla (27th)
Fascinating looking doco about AFLW player and boxing champion Tayla Harris. Should be a ripper for those of a sporty persuasion.
DISNEY+

It’s here, Star Wars nerds! The show that will either make you ecstatically happy or apoplectically angry. The rest of us will just enjoy Ewan McGregor and the space pew-pew stuff.

Oscar-winning director Ron Howard presents this heart-warming documentary about renowned chef and humanitarian José Andrés who feeds communities who’ve suffered through disasters. Looks wholesome.
