Viewers freak out over John Travolta's 'melting wax' face
Let’s face it, John Travolta’s looking, well, a bit different on new true-crime FX drama American Crime Story: The People Vs OJ Simpson.
And viewers are noticing it too, one calling his waxy visage as looking "like a haunted Spam".
Twitter has been ablaze with comments on Travolta’s appearance in the show, in which he plays Robert Shapiro, the litigator who successfully defended O.J. Simpson on the murder charges he faced in 1995.
Some were cruel (obviously), others simply confused.
Since watching the first ep of that OJ Simpson thing I can’t stop thinking about John Travolta’s face that looks like a haunted Spam.

John Travolta in "The People vs. O.J. Simpson" is what it would look like if we tested makeup on lions.

If you're not watching The People v. OJ Simpson miniseries, you're missing out on an absolutely epic performance by John Travolta's face.

Just watched the new O.J Simpson series...pretty sure Nicolas Cage wouldn't want to swap faces with John Travolta now.

Travolta isn't the only star who's changing facial features have come under the scrutiny of the public eye.
When 53-year-old Mission: Impossible star made a surprise appearance at the 2016 BAFTAs, the Internet almost went into meltdown.
Fans remarked that Cruise's face looked like it had been "stung by a million bees".
"Is it just me or does Tom Cruise's face ooze with botox injections?" wrote one user on Twitter.
"I see Tom Cruise has gone and bought himself a new face," wrote another.
Other remarked that the Top Gun actor's skin looked "stretched" and "inflated".
