Watch Pamela Anderson Blow Jamie Lee Curtis' Mind By Revealing a Hidden Musical Talent (Exclusive)

The Last Showgirl actress Pamela Anderson floored co-star Jamie Lee Curtis by discussed her musical talent during an exclusive interview with Parade.

While chatting about whether they've ever embellished something about themselves in an audition like Anderson's character Shelly in The Last Showgirl, the Baywatch alum admitted that she didn't have to lie since her "first audition"—after having been on television shows—was for Naked Gun.

However, Anderson revealed that they thought she was lying. "I used to be in a jazz band. I play saxophone. I used to-," Anderson proceeded to explain, before Curtis interjected, "Okay. Stop! Okay. Everybody just stop!" (Watch it in the video above, starting at the 1:10 mark.)

"Just shush, shush," Curtis said as her co-star laughed, trying to chime in. "Stop. Just everybody calm down. Let us just stop for a second, and I'm just gonna turn in my chair just a little bit. Hold please. You may now begin to say that again. You played saxophone..."

"In high school and I did all the scat solos," Anderson continued. "And so in the movie, in the Naked Gun movie, I have to sing—"

"What the f-ck is happening?!" Curtis blurted.

Anderson recalled saying in the audition that in junior high she "did all the scat solos," and was then asked to "do one now."

"I just started scatting. And I got the part. Woo!" Anderson laughed.

"What the f-ck is happening? What the f-ck!" Jamie exclaimed.

"I was in jazz band. I was at Samuel French reading Tennessee Williams and Eugenie O'Neill plays. You know, just waiting for my moment to shine," Anderson said.

"Baby, guess what," Curtis told her co-star, "The moment is now."

The Last Showgirl opened in theaters nationwide on Jan. 10, 2025.
