What Are Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos?
Holly shared a recipe for Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos that she says "went viral for a reason- "they are THAT good!"
"If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to!" she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. "Whether you’re looking for an easy dinner or a fun appetizer switch-up, these nachos are the way to go!"
I love a good appetizer that can also be a weeknight dinner. That's a definite win in my book! This nacho and salad mashup also looks like a fun way to have some warm, cheesy nachos and one of my favorite salads in one dish. Sign me up!

How to Make Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos
To get the full recipe, head over to Holly's Instagram account, but I'll give you the general run-down here.
She starts by cooking skinless chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and then dices up the meat. You can use a rotisserie chicken, though, or a chicken breast cooked in lemon pepper seasoning.
Pile your tortilla chips on a sheet pan and top them with the diced chicken. Add Italian cheese blend, some green onion, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake the nachos until the cheese is melty and the chicken is heated through.
While the nachos are baking, toss shredded Romaine lettuce with Ceaser salad dressing and lemon juice. When the nachos are done, pile the salad on top and then top with more Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.

Why Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos Are So Good
A Caesar salad is a classic, creamy, and savory salad made with crisp romaine lettuce, garlicky Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. Whether served as a starter or main dish, the bold flavors, crunchy texture, and creamy dressing make it a timeless classic (similar to nachos)—simple yet completely irresistible!
A Caesar salad nacho mashup, though, combines crunchy tortilla chips with all the bold, garlicky flavors of a classic Caesar salad—because why not make a good thing even better?
Instead of croutons, crispy chips act as the base and the result is a savory, salty and ridiculously delicious fusion of two iconic favorites. It’s the perfect mix of fresh and indulgent, making it a fun, unexpected twist on game-day nachos!
These would get my attention at any game day party and I can't wait to make them!
