Victoria's Secret model, 53, shocks in sheer bodysuit: 'Perfection'

A former Victoria's Secret model is proving age is just a number after she stunned fans with a racy snap of her wearing sheer lingerie.

In a picture she shared to Instagram, Helena Christensen, 53, showed off her incredible physique as she posed in the daring bodysuit in a garden.

She completed the look with a pair of gold high heels and bright red lipstick.

Another series of snaps shows the Danish model holding a bunch of roses in another lacy lingerie number and standing on the edge of a pool in a black lingerie set, suspenders and black high heels.

The model posed in a number of different sultry outfits as part of a campaign for lingerie brand Coco de Mer.

Others couldn't believe how youthful the model looked in the photos.

"Ah just an average woman in her 50s," one said.

"That's one woman that doesn't age! Gorgeous," a fan wrote.

"People what we are witnessing here is surely pure witchcraft. This woman is simply not ageing! Love your face, you are perfection, I just wish I had that secret spell too," another added.

Helena has shared a number of videos on her Instagram of her workout routines, including outdoor yoga, skipping, and squatting on a surf balance board.

She also enjoys the occasional ice bath and cold water swimming and told the Daily Mail in 2019 she liked to incorporate nature into her workouts.

"Swim in the ocean, swim in rivers, swim in lakes. Hiking, trekking, chopping wood–it's the best way of working out because it doesn't really feel like a workout. It feels like you're alive," she said.
