Victoria Beckham maintains her famously slender physique by eating an 'incredibly healthy' diet which includes kale and pea chips.
The 40-year-old Spice Girl-turned–fashion-designer's diet plan has been revealed by her personal chef, Chris Irving.
Speaking at the opening of new eatery, The Gantry, on Sydney Harbour's Pier One, Chris, said: "She eats lots, she really does, and she works out a lot."

The 32-year-old Canadian chef, who worked alongside Gordon Ramsay, went on to discuss some of Victoria's 'favourite' foods, which include fresh fruit, kale and pea chips.
"Fresh fruit is her favourite thing...That and pea chips, you know, made from garden peas, dried pea chips and kale chips," he explained.

Chris spoke very highly of the high-profile Beckham family, which also includes husband David, 39, Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, ten, and three-year-old daughter Harper.
"They were amazing, they welcomed me into their home and had a lot of respect and time for me and the children were lovely and great," he said.
"Beckham, the reason they had a chef was to have home-cooked food, that's what he likes. I did fancy parties and soirees for them too. She, particularly, loves them."
