Vanna White is giving fans a glimpse at what it's really like to be backstage on Wheel of Fortune.
The longtime co-host of the popular game show needs her fuel when the cameras aren't rolling, and according to a new inside look at her routine from behind the puzzle board, she tries to keep healthy snacks on hand for her breaks during the show.
"They always have little snacks back here," she said in a new Instagram clip posted on Tuesday, May 28. In the video taken from backstage, White, 67, can be seen holding up a clear container full of nuts.
"They used to bring cookies, they used to bring chips, they used to bring all the bad snacks and I used to eat them and I said 'do not bring them anymore,'" she told the camera, noting that now, "They bring nuts."
But of course she still needs something sweet to get her through the day, as she also revealed that there's usually a container of chocolates backstage, too.
"I try not to eat it, though," she said with a smile.
"IYKYK: nothing hits better than stage snacks 💯," the caption on the Instagram post read.
In a previous Instagram video shared a few days prior, the iconic letter-turner gave fans a look at some of her backstage activities from behind the puzzle board, which sometimes includes a brief crocheting session.
"This is what I do when I have time, I crochet," she said while sitting down and working on her latest project with some baby blue yarn. "Right now, I'm making a baby blanket."
"Aha! So THIS is what Vanna’s been up to behind the puzzleboard 🧶," read the caption on that post.
It looks like being behind the scenes is just as entertaining as being on camera–at least for this co-host!
