Instead of dressing in a bold designer 'fit for the occasion, Kelce instead decided to pay sartorial homage to his girlfriend's record-breaking tour—by recreating the look he wore in his own iconic Eras Tour appearance, complete with top hat, as seen in photos shared by Chiefs tight end Ross Travis and Kelce's friend Aric Jones.

Back in June, Kelce shocked fans when he appeared on stage during one of Swift's London concerts. In his cameo, which came right before Swift performed her song, "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart," he showed off his natural showmanship and comedic skills by toying with the audience before carrying Swift across the stage. For his brief but unforgettable moment on the Eras Tour stage, he donned a black tuxedo with a white bow tie and a top hat that the other backup dancers would wear during the Tortured Poets Department segment of the show.

So, it makes perfect sense that Kelce decided to sacrifice his typical style in order to recreate this debonair look for Swift's party. In an extra cute touch, Kelce's teammate, Patrick Mahomes, donned a matching ensemble, too.

Not only did Kelce's tux nod to his moment in the spotlight, it also matched perfectly with Swift's chic black look. For the party, she opted for a chic black Balmain minidress with a bedazzled detail. Together, the pair offered some serious fashion inspo for New Year's Eve.

According to an insider, the couple previously had a quiet celebration on Swift's actual birthday and Kelce reportedly bought Swift a staggering $175K worth of birthday presents.

Since completing her record-breaking tour, Swift has reportedly been enjoying a slower pace of life with Kelce in Kansas. "She will be going to Kansas City and staying there for some time during the next few weeks to be with Travis and show him love and support," a source told The Sun.
