Yahoo Lifestyle Travis Kelce Issues Sly Response to Taylor Swift Super Bowl Proposal Question
While it's not known whether Taylor Swift will be there to cheer for Travis Kelce at the 2025 Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 9, people still have plenty of questions about the couple's post-game plans—and if a proposal might be involved.
During a press conference at the Super Bowl's opening night event in New Orleans on Monday, Feb. 3, a reporter asked Kelce if he planned to pop the question.
The NFL pro's answer was predictably vague, as E! News reported.
“Wouldn’t you like to know?” he said, smiling.
Unsurprisingly, reporters had many other queries about the famous couple's relationship, such as Kelce's favorite food that Swift makes.
"Oh, she's quite the cook," Kelce raved. "I'm a breakfast guy, man. I would say her homemade Pop Tarts are unbelievable."
The tight end also praised Swift for her "energy," explaining that he's hoping to bring the same level of showmanship to his Super Bowl performance.

"I better hold up my end of the bargain, right?" he said. "She's up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure."
Kelce's comments came just one day after Swift attended the 2025 Grammy Awards solo, though she seemed to send a shout-out to her boyfriend by wearing a thigh-chain with the glittery red initial "T" to the star-studded event.
If Swift attends Super Bowl LIX, it wouldn't be the first time. She cheered on Kelce the Chief’s winning 2024 Super Bowl game, where she kissed him on the field after his team defeated the San Francisco 49ers.
