There may not have been any *official* after-parties following the 2025 Grammy Awards – but that didn't stop Taylor Swift from making an outfit change post-awards. A quick recap: for those, like us, who have studied all the paparazzi pics and celebrity social media posts from Sunday [2 February], you will ofc know Taylor walked the red carpet and spent the entirety of the evening's events in a custom red-hot Vivienne Westwood mini dress.

Taylor's 'fit consisted of a corseted bodice, staying true to classic Vivienne Westwood silhouettes, and had a one-shoulder draped neckline that was mirrored in the draping of the mini skirt's asymmetric hemline. She wore barely-there strappy red heeled sandals on her feet and completed her look with colour-matched accessories. As well as beaded ear-crawler earrings, most notable was Tay's thigh chain. Is this a new jewellery trend we'll be recreating asap? Highly likely.

The thigh chain is a custom Lorraine Schwartz piece featuring red stones strung intermittently on a gold chain and a “T” pendant charm dangling from one end. Taylor basically can’t walk out of the house without fans analysing her outfits for potential Easter eggs (guilty), and last night was no different – especially thanks to this chain.

One theory? That Taylor was repping herself due to her name, you know, starting with the letter “T.” Perhaps the pendant charm is a nod to the imminent arrival of the (Taylor’s Version) of her self-titled debut album, which Swifties have been anticipating for a moment.

But the consensus among fans on X, formerly Twitter, is that Taylor’s “T” chain fashion moment is a shout-out to her boyfriend Travis Kelce given she sings “What if he's written ‘mine’ on my upper thigh” in her song ‘Guilty Sin’ from The Tortured Poets Department. Especially as jewellery designer Lorraine Schwartz – yes, the woman responsible for creating this piece – reposted the video below of a fan theorizing the “T” stands for Travis on her Instagram Stories, so...

Regardless of whether or not this is a hidden Easter egg about her relationship or just a cute monogrammed moment, I'm totally on board with this new jewellery trend Tay has brought to life. Valentine’s Day date night outfit, anyone?

Perhaps worn with a silver sparkly mini, because back to Taylor's secret second outfit of the night! The day after the ceremony, Taylor fan account @swifferupdates shared a blurry pic of the singer wearing a sparkly silver mini dress.

Not long after, Kellindo Parker (aka the lead guitarist for Janelle Monáe) posted an IG carousel from Grammys night, prominently featuring a selfie of himself and Tay where she is seemingly wearing the same silver mini.

Naturally, Tay fashion expert Sarah Chappelle was able to ID the dress as a past-season Gucci find retailing for a casual $3,800. I'm obsessed.

When she changed and where she wore this dress is still a mystery. All I know for sure is this: No one does an awards show quite like Tay.
