“The Traitors” feud intensifies as another murder and banishment go down
Danielle and Carolyn appear headed for a showdown.

Another person was murdered and another person was banished on this week’s episode of The Traitors. But the real drama was heating up amongst the Traitors themselves after Boston Rob Mariano’s shocking takedown of Bob the Drag Queen on last week’s installment.
Rob immediately tried to do damage control this week with fellow remaining Traitors Danielle Reyes and Carolyn Wiger, telling them “So first of all, let me tell you both: I will never come for either of you ever, unless you come for me. And today, Bob publicly came for me at the mission saying, ‘The three new guys coming in, we have to check them all.’ So he signed my death certificate.”

While Danielle and Carolyn played nice enough to Rob’s face — even acquiescing to his desire to murder Robyn Dixon (RIP to yet another Housewife) — both were super frustrated with the Survivor legend. “Rob wants to be the one calling the shots,” Carolyn said in an interview, “and Bob the Drag Queen has all of the people following him and that is what Rob is used to. That was an ego thing.”
But instead of joining forces to take out their duplicitous Traitor, Danielle and Carolyn appear poised to set their sights on each other. Believing her best path towards getting rid of Boston Rob was to get a new Traitor “I can work with and trust, and that is not Carolyn,” Danielle started floating the name of her alleged ally to others. “As of today, I am basically throwing Carolyn underneath the bus,” she told us in no uncertain terms.

Danielle then told her car full of contestants on the way back from the mission that she thought Carolyn was a Traitor, and also attempted to convince her Big Brother frenemy Britney Haynes, whose initial response was “She’s not capable.” Eventually, word of Danielle's campaign got back to Carolyn via Dylan Efron, and she was none too pleased with the other cape-wearing castle dwellers, proclaiming, “I don’t trust either one of them. I’m pissed.” A preview for next week’s Roundtable makes it seem as if Danielle and Carolyn will finally have their big confrontation.
The other big news to come out of this week besides Robyn’s murder and the Traitors civil war was the Bambi alliance turning on each other. Suspicious of Nikki Garcia’s reaction to Boston Rob in the car, Crishell Strause (mistakenly) thought her tight ally was a Traitor and turned on her at the Roundtable, helping lead a charge against the former WWE wrestler. “I feel like such a bitch,” a teary Crishell said later after learning Nikki was, in fact, a Faithful. Even third Bambi Gabby Windey voted against Nikki, who received 14 out of 16 votes for banishment.

But all the intensity moving forward may be on the Traitors at each other’s throats. Plus, others are starting to suspect Boston Rob as well — including Derrick Levasseur, who proclaimed, “if he’s smart, he murders me tonight. Because if he doesn’t, I’m coming for him.”
Boston Rob is definitely smart, so one can’t help but wonder who will be on the receiving end of next week’s murder, thereby losing a front row seat to next week’s Danielle vs. Carolyn battle royal. Grab your popcorn, folks.
