Jimmy Fallon Burns Trump On The 1 'Prisoner' He Hasn't Freed Amid Jan. 6 Pardons

Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday hit President Donald Trump closer to home for his mass pardon of U.S. Capitol rioters. (Watch the video below.)

The “Tonight Show” noted that the clemency, which extended to those who attacked cops, “took allies by surprise.”

“According to one adviser Trump just said, ‘F’ it, release them all’,” Fallon noted. “At this point the only prisoner Trump hasn’t released is Melania.”

Yeah, the late-night comedian enjoyed that one.

Trump’s relationship with first lady Melania Trump, who celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, is often grist for comics and critics.

But the first lady recently insisted she’ll be spending most of her time in the White House for Trump’s second term after reports that she’d be relatively scarce at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
