Trader Joe's Highly Anticipated Seasonal Item Is Finally Back on Shelves, and Fans Are Losing It
You’re probably well aware, but just in case you aren’t, Trader Joe’s is the best place to shop for all the chef-y seasonal staples that make Thanksgiving dinner feel just a bit more elevated than normal. Sure, you can go the traditional route and stock up on familiar favorites to replicate classic dishes, but it’s always nice to give your typical mashed potatoes a little something extra now and again. Even Beyoncé finds a way to switch it up from time to time while staying true to her signature very cutesy, very demure aesthetic. And with TJ’s, you can do it, too!

Whether you opt to fold delicious creamy maple butter into your beautifully luscious buttercream or you reach for double-fold vanilla to add a little something extra to your batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies, you’re only limited by your imagination and culinary point of view. Beyond the new and exciting treasure waiting to be discovered, however, the real draw to the quirky but sure-of-itself retailer is its penchant for bringing back highly anticipated returning favorites, and one item in particular has fans saying, “I want it! 😫😩”

Trader Joe’s superfan @trader_joes_treasure_hunt shared the news that the fan-favorite Truffle Oil Duo is back, and we’re racing to go grab a couple of packs before they’re gone for the season. The glorious little bottles of truffle-laced goodness feature olive oil infused with black or white truffle flavor, respectively.
Although we won’t tell if you use these to cook with, the best way to use these beauties is as a finishing oil to add the final flourish to a creamy bed of mashed potatoes, green beans or a perfectly cooked ribeye steak. You could even set some out to dunk pillowy focaccia and rolls into while your guests wait for dinner to be served.
Even better than its truffle infused taste is the incredible price of just $9.99 for this small but mighty duo. At that price, we’ll be slipping these into goodie bags and stockings for everyone on our list this year. Now that’s what we call soigné.
