The latest must-have find to grace the easy breezy shelves of Trader Joe’s was shared by none other than the queen of TJ’s, @traderjoeslist, and fans are saying this might be their best one yet. Sweet Ripe Plantains have made their way to the fan-favorite supermarket’s iconic freezers, and shoppers are buying multiple bags at a time.

Not to be confused with bananas, these sweet nuggets of caramelized bliss have a nuttier flavor and a deeper caramel-y flavor that goes great with rice and beans of dulce de leche or even as a snack on their own. To enjoy hers, the Instagrammer recommends heating them in the air fryer and topping them with a dollop of whipped cream.
