While Sonia dress may be a bit over budget for some shoppers, we’ve found a few dupes around if you’re looking to emulate her style.
In 2019, Sonia opened up about how she maintains her figure after she launched her own dance-based fitness and diet program, Strictly You.
She said she was inspired to start the program after people kept asking her how she got her incredible figure.
The Voice host took to her Instagram account to reveal the news, saying she wants people to ‘get fit, have fun and be your best and most fabulous self’.
In an interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly, Sonia said the idea for the program was born after people kept questioning her own health and fitness habits.
"This is actually half the reason I did this, because people were sort of saying to me 'What do you do? What do you eat? What workout do you do? How do you get your arms to look like that?" Sonia said.
"Even now, if I post a picture on Instagram from The Voice I get so many questions from people about what I'm doing, what am I eating, what sort of workouts do you do, so it felt like a natural step to do this and to share it.”
Sonia also told Nine Honey that while in the past women ‘weren't allowed to be considered attractive and sexy and good looking and all those things.’
“And now women 50 plus, 60 plus are still very vital and vibrant, as they should be." she said.
Despite being an inspiration for people all over the country, Sonia also said she doesn’t watch herself back on TV.
"Most people are their own worst critics and I think I'm probably mine,” she said.
